The Cisco Branch is a headwater tributary of the Ontonagon River system, flowing from Cisco Lake through the Ottawa National Forest in Gogebic County. Cold, clear water with native brook trout and some brown trout in the lower stretches.

This is lightly fished water in the heart of the Ottawa National Forest. Access from forest roads off US-2. The Cisco Lake outlet provides a reliable starting point. Best in spring and early summer when flows are adequate. Small stream tactics with 3-4 weight rods.
